2. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All materials on our website (text, logos, graphics) are the property of Osnova digital Inc.
- Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the ownership of the final website or software code will be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information.
- That you own or have permission to use any content (images, text, data) you provide to us for web development.
- Not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
- Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the total cost as per Alberta and Federal regulations.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Alberta, Osnova digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta.
